Hi! I’m Nia Griffin, the President and Founder of Embold IN, LLC. Embold IN launched in 2025 to enable Gen Z and Gen Alpha Christians to understand and live out their purpose through BOLDR™* media. 

Kids are bold. When I was a kid, I would walk up to anyone and everyone and say “Hi!” with a big smile, freely being myself. But, as we grow older, we become more self-conscious and less confident. 

In my preteens, my growing self-consciousness was amplified by my development of facial eczema, which looked like vitiligo. As the white splotches appeared on my face, anxiety and insecurity became my norm. I didn’t feel like I fit in anywhere and I was struggling to find my purpose. Eventually, I realized that there was more to me than what was on my face and that I was the only one stopping myself from becoming who I wanted to be. God gave me a reason to be bold, intentional, and disregard other’s opinions of me. And, through entrepreneurship, I am able to live out my purpose and create impact. 

My facial eczema eventually went away, but I haven’t forgotten what I’ve learned from that experience.

You have purpose, no matter how doubtful, useless, or confused you might feel right now. Any obstacles you encounter were meant to teach you something, not defeat you. Only you can truly hinder yourself from pursuing your God-given purpose. You just have to nurture and maintain your relationship with God, which will help you understand your purpose and give you the boldness to pursue it.
