Hi! I’m Nia Griffin, the President and Founder of Embold IN, LLC. Embold IN was founded on Christian values and welcomes people from all faith backgrounds and perspectives.  

Kids are bold. When I was a kid, I would walk up to anyone and everyone and say “Hi!” with a big smile, freely being myself. But, as we grow older, we become more self-conscious and less confident. 

In my preteens, my growing self-consciousness was amplified by my development of facial eczema, which looked like vitiligo. As the white splotches appeared on my face, anxiety and insecurity became my norm. I didn’t feel like I fit in anywhere and I was struggling to find my purpose. Eventually, I realized that there was more to me than what was on my face and that I was the only one stopping myself from becoming who I wanted to be. God gave me a reason to be bold. And, through entrepreneurship, I am able to live out my purpose and create impact. 

My facial eczema eventually went away, but I haven’t forgotten what I’ve learned from that experience.

You have purpose, no matter how doubtful, useless, or confused you might feel right now. Any obstacles you encounter were meant to teach you something, not defeat you. Only you can truly hinder yourself from pursuing your God-given purpose.  

Embold IN, LLC, aims to remind you of that child-like spark and boldness that is still inside of you, and that when you step out, and be bold, purpose will meet you there!
