Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at emboldinllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll fix the issue at no extra cost to you.
